This Bosch GSB 450w impact drill set is a professional quality drill that comes with a set of all general use bits as well as screws and plastic plugs generally used in common scenarios.

There are fixed speed, variable speed variant options in the 10 mm bit drill and another 12mm drill in the variable speed.

variable speed is very useful in driving screws. There is a forward and reverse rotation switch option to drive and unscrew screws. a set of screw driver bits are also provided with the kit. 

Hammering action

Hammering action is very useful while drilling screws in concrete or masonry. masonry bits can be identified by looking at the head of the bit. Masonry/concrete drill bits will have an arrowhead shaped tip. these type of bits are generally used with hammering action. There is a dedicated switch to switch between drilling and hammering.

How to identify your drill bits

As said in the previous paragraph, masonry/concrete bits are identified by the arrowhead shaped tip with fins on the sides. 

Wood bits are very sharp in the tip and the tip is also sharpened at the sides where the twist ends too.

Another set of bits are also provided in this kit. These are multipurpose bits and are cone shaped at the tip. This bit can be used in thin metal sheets too.

Overall the quality of the drill is very good. the design is very ergonomic to fit right into human hand and with 1.5 Kgs of weight, the drill is easy to hold and operate. There is enough cable length for general purposes. As the power is only 450w, good quality extensions can be used for an extended cable length. If you are a DIY enthusiast or a professional who occasionally drills, this is an ideal choice for you. Also this is the most value for money option as of I am writing this. Another option you could also consider is a black and Decker kit.
