         As a consumer you might have noticed milk in tetra packs named Goodlife from Nandhini in the shelves of supermarkets. Unlike any other milk you would have seen it being stored in normal temperature. Here I am going to explain briefly about what is the milk in tetra pack and why it can be stored in normal room temperature.      Nandhini GoodLife is UHT processed milk. Normal milk is processed or pasteurized with low temperature and long time so that only pathogens gets killed.
